Constance Jones launched the firm in 2016 with a background in human resources management and a drive to create a staffing company that actually put people first, both the businesses struggling to find reliable talent and the job seekers who deserved more than a number in a database.
What started as a Houston-based boutique agency has grown into a multi-state operation holding cooperative contracts with some of the most respected purchasing programs in the country, including HCDE Choice Partners, TX Share/TIPS, HGACBuy, and BuyBoard. We’ve placed talent in government agencies, school districts, healthcare networks, law enforcement support, and Fortune-level private clients.
